Providing Information and Activities to Restore and Replenish the Mind, Body, and Spirit

 This day will offer a unique and holistic approach to caregiving, focusing on engaging all five senses for a rejuvenating and educational experience for caregivers. Each cohort of caregivers will have the opportunity to explore various sensory activities throughout the day, promoting relaxation and self-care.
